The 5th Annual Harlem EatUp! Festival was one of the best events to bring in the spring/summer season and AURN Digital was there to take it all in! The festival, spearheaded by celebrated chef Marcus Samuelsson and media and fashion maven Bevy Smith, envelopes the food culture of Harlem, NYC. Harlem EatUp! holds a unique position in the continuum of Black food traditions by showcasing the Harlem’s cornucopia of Black-owned food producers, entrepreneurs and chefs. With an emphasis on familial wealth created by culinary-based business, our digital host Yonathan Elias guides us through the generational connections present in at the festival.
