Ben Carson Leads White House Opportunity Zones Initiative

The Opportunity Zones are now the next step in the White Houses attempt to address some of the issues of the under served areas in this nation. HUD Director Ben Carson has been named Chair of the Council on Opportunity Zones, which consists of 13 federal agencies.
