Mike Epps was arrested on Saturday night for battery.

The 46-year-old comedian was accused of hitting a fan in the face while inside a Harrah’s Casino in New Orleans, according to The New Orleans Advocate. The incident occurred at 4 am when the star was with his friend Thomas Cobb. They were released on $1,000 bail each. On Tuesday Epps failed to show up for his arraignment and now there is a warrant out for his arrest, according to TMZ.

That is when Epps and his friend hit the man in the face.
