Keegan-Michael Key recently announced his engagement to director partner Elisa Pugliese in an adorable Twitter post.
And Keegan-Michael Key can continue the celebrations as TMZ reports his divorce from first wife of 17 years Cynthia Blaise was finalized on Thursday morning. The 46-year-old wrote a huge $655,000 check to his ex-wife, in addition to the division of assets which included real estate and cars. TMZ also reports that Keegan-Michael is required to pay an additional 21 percent of his gross income on anything he earns above $2.153 million per year. Cynthia’s spousal support is reportedly capped at $700,000 per year. The dialect coach and former actress also received a vacation home in Mexico and her Subaru Crosstrek in the divorce.
The Key and Peele star made his red carpet debut with the Boy Meets World director in March last year, yet have since kept their romance widely under wraps before revealing their delighted news on Monday.
