President Trump met with pharmaceutical heads. Coincidentally, Mr. Trump and Maryland Congressman Elijah Cummings were supposed to meet on the issue of prescription drugs this week. White House Correspondent April Ryan says a scheduling conflict prevented Cummings from making the Tuesday meeting.
