State of the Union in Limbo Due to Government Shutdown

The scheduled State of the Union on January 29 is in limbo. The government shutdown has caused security concerns which prompted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to request a change of date.  AURN White House Correspondent April Ryan speaks with Julian Castro, former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and candidate for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.
