President Trump’s 2021 budget is under scrutiny amid the coronovirus oubreak which includes a 15% reduction in operating budget for the CDC to the tune of $1.2 billion, $9.5 billion cut to the Health and Human Services, and a $35 reduction to the Infectious Disease Rapid Response Reserve Fund.
