(AURN) -- Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney made an appearence in 'The City of Brotherly Love' this week. The former Massachusetts governor spoke with students and leaders of Universal Bluford Charter School in West Philadelphia, one of the poorest African-American neighborhoods in the city. Protesters gathered outside along with the city's mayor, Michael Nutter.
