White House Commitment to HBCUs in Executive Order

The Executive Order is done when it comes to the nations HBCUs, a large component to building middle class status for many African Americans in this nation. White House Correspondent April Ryan has the story.

Breaking: As of Tuesday’s Executive Order, no additional funding for HBCUs.
