President Trump finally reached out to the Waffle House hero James Shaw, Jr. several weeks after he welcomed the heroes of Southwest Airlines to the Oval Office. The phone call comes after much publicity for Shaw and his own GoFundMe efforts to give back to victims.

Best wishes to First Lady Melania Trump who is recovering from surgery.
