White House Releases 2018 Budget

The fiscal year 2018 budget will cut funds to programs that help the least of Americans. Reports indicate the numbers are already at their lowest. The budget does earmark funds for a southern border wall, infrastructure, and defense. More from White House Correspondent April Ryan.
