Flags will be flown at half-staff today, marking the deaths of one million Americans who died as a result of COVID-19. During a White House COVID summit today, the President expressed his sympathy for the staggering number of American families who’ve lost a loved one.

Biden also urged Americans to get vaccinated, stating, “[Americans] must honor those we have lost by doing everything we can to prevent as many deaths as possible.”
