The Georgia Senate race remains in the political spotlight as former NFL star Herschel Walker looks to unseat U.S. Sen. Raphael Warnock.

In a series of tweets, Sen. Warnock says he wants additional debates with Walker. He tweeted, “I’m ready for our debate in Savannah. But, if my opponent isn’t ready to face me on a debate stage in Atlanta or Macon as well, I’m not sure why he thinks he’s ready to serve in the United States Senate.”

Polls have indicated that this is a tight race with some showing Walker having a slight lead and others showing Warnock having a slight lead.
