Singer-song-writer Stevie Wonder shown Jan. 3, 1986, assumes diverse duties as executive producer, host and a performer for ?An All-Star Celebration Honoring Martin Luther King Jr.,? to be telecast on Monday, Jan. 20, 1986 (9-11 p.m. NYT). More than 25 celebrities, including Bill Cosby of NCB?s ?The Cosby Show?, Elizabeth Taylor, Eddie Murphy, Charlton Heston, Barbara Walters and Bob Dylan are scheduled to take part in the entertainment-filled special marking the first official national holiday honoring the late civil-rights leader.
