Americans are required to fill out the Census forms by September 30th, earlier than in past decades. Changes at the US Post Office are causing issues of voter suppression for November 3rd.

April Ryan speaks with Marc Morial, President of the National Urban League, about two lawsuits filed to stop the early end to the Census and against USPS efforts to remove mailboxes and suppress the vote. A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday in the case against the Census.
