The Obama Administration’s Justice Department, in its final months, changed the prosecutors on the Eric Garner case. There was an impasse on an indictment of any of the police officers involved in the choke-hold death of Garner. Garner’s mother, Gwen Carr, is still looking for justice and is now asking this White House for some answers. More from White House Correspondent April Ryan.
