Orleans Parish Bridging Technology Gap

Tyrell Morris serves as the Executive Director for the Orleans Parish Communication District. Morris, 33, is the first and youngest African-American to serve in the position. When it comes to emergency services and building relationships between the community and first-responders across the country he believes it begins bridging the technology gap.
