The Biden administration continues to lose talented Black staffers. A report by Politico details that at least 21 Black staffers have left since last year or plan on leaving. White House aides are reportedly calling it “Blaxit.”
Politico goes on to say that some believe the exodus has hurt morale at the White House and claim that mentorship and the chance to move up through the ranks has been a challenge.
It’s important to note President Biden’s administration is one of the most diverse in history.
