A Denver doctor is has been suspended from her cushy $363,600 gig, after an alleged Facebook post describing Ivy League educated First Lady Michelle Obama as a “Monkey face with poor Ebonics English.”

Dr. Michelle Herren, a pediatric anesthesiologist, has been ordered to stop seeing patients at Denver Health Medical Center, and is being fired from her faculty position at Colorado University School of Medicine.

The post, which has since been deleted, was reportedly in response to a comment from another Facebook user who called Mrs. Obama “eloquent.”

Herren responded with an unflattering photo showing the first lady yelling, and this:

“Doesn’t seem to be speaking too eloquently here, thank god we can’t hear her!” a post attributed to Herren read. “Monkey face and poor ebonic English!!! There! I feel better and am still not racist!!! Just calling it like it is!”

The post also criticized Obama’s Ivy League education:

“Harvard??? That’s a place for ‘entitled’ folks said all the liberals!”

Facebook user JoAnn Nietto, pointed out Herren’s comments on a friend’s Facebook page, to local media after she says it stayed there for four days.

“It really outraged me to see that she works at Denver Health, which serves a huge minority population,” Nietto told the Denver Post.

For her part, Herren says her comment was taken out of context.  She suggested, during an interview with The Denver Channel that is a double standard that allows for insulting the future first lady Melania Trump, but not Mrs. Obama.
