(AURN News) — Federal agents searched the Fulton County Elections Office near Atlanta, increasing scrutiny of Georgia’s largest voting hub.
The FBI confirmed a court-authorized operation Wednesday, serving a sealed warrant tied to records from the 2020 presidential election.

Officials said agents were looking for ballots and other election materials at the county’s main processing center, a key site in the battleground state President Donald Trump narrowly lost in 2020.
Investigators have not announced any charges and are refusing to discuss details while the probe remains active.

Fulton County leaders said they are cooperating fully and insist the integrity of past elections will be borne out by the evidence.
Voting rights groups, however, warned the search could fuel mistrust even as they called for transparency.
