Janet Jackson will hit the road in September as part of the renamed State of the World tour. No details on dates and location, but Janet plans to continue touring the world.  Tanya Hart also has the scoop on Mariah and Nick Cannon (are they back together?!) and a racially charged story line for Terry Crews of Brooklyn Nine Nine.
