It’s a big endorsement in Ohio, literally and figuratively. Hillary Clinton is celebrating backing by basketball icon LeBron James.
Clinton spoke in James’ hometown of Akron today. She called the Cleveland Cavaliers star the “king of Ohio.”
James detailed his support for Clinton in an op-ed in Business Insider and the Akron Beacon Journal. He said:
She is a champion for children and is running on a message of hope and unity.
