AURN White House Correspondent April Ryan sparred once again with President Trump when she tried to ask a follow-up question to a statement he made about voter suppression.
“Sit down, please,” he said. “Sit down. I didn’t call you. I didn’t call you. I didn’t call you. I’ll give you voter suppression: Take a look at the CNN polls, how inaccurate they were. That’s called voter suppression.”

When Trump tried to call on another reporter, and Ryan again asked about the controversial elections in Florida, Georgia, and North Dakota, Trump snapped: “I’m not, I’m not responding to—Excuse me. Excuse me, I’m not responding to you, I’m talking to this gentleman. Will you please sit down? Excuse me! Excuse me? Would you please sit down? Very hostile! It’s such a hostile media. It’s so sad. You rudely interrupted him. No. You rudely interrupted him.”
Ryan, minutes later, responded on Twitter:
@realDonaldTrump heard my question about voter suppression and mocked and I stood up and asked and then he tells me to sit down. I went back up and said you did not answer my question on North Dakota, Georgia and Florida and he challenges me

The president also took aim at PBS NewsHour White House correspondent Yamiche Alcindor for asking if declaring himself a “nationalist” emboldened white supremacists.
