The White House is ramping up its commitment to close the wealth and opportunity gap in America. President Biden’s Investing in America agenda is unlocking billions of dollars for infrastructure, clean energy, and climate resilience. Over 90 percent of the funding will go straight to state and local governments, tribes, and territories.
