If you believe polls, and if the election were held today, Joe Biden would become the 46th President of the United States.

With early voting and mail-in & absentee voting, the final count may not be called on November 3. Will this be a repeat of Election 2000, Bush V. Gore, where the Supreme Court had to weigh in on the final outcome?
