House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee Chair and Congressional Black Caucus Chair Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA) questioned the head of the Center for Disease Control & Prevention about the outbreak of ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo. In the DRC, health workers are being attacked as locals are suspicious the virus is real.
