Voters are participating in Election 2020 without the full protection of the Voting Rights Act.
With that said, the NAACP has won a legal victory for voters as a Federal Court will allow ballots postmarked by November 3 will count in the election. The NAACP took legal action against the US Postal Service for deliberately slowing mail delivery to suppress the vote.
