The family of Andrew Brown Jr., who was killed by Elizabeth City police while serving a warrant, will view 20 minutes of the nearly two hours of body cam footage today.

The two men who chased and killed jogger killing will face federal hate crime charges in Georgia today. State murder charges are still pending.
