There are attempts to close the wealth gap between Black and White Americans, but also for Black women and broader society.
April Ryan spoke with Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook, who shares on women receiving leadership opportunities, the dearth of Black women in corporate ranks, and closing pay gaps. Currently, no Fortune 500 company is lead by a Black woman. The most recent is Ursula Burns who served as CEO of Xerox from 2009 to 2016.
