New Visions Youth Services is designed to help create an alternative option to the streets by offering mentoring and developing life skills that seem to be lacking in some of our major cities including Baltimore City. Program creator Bishop Billy Stanfield, Jr. spoke with AURN.

Brian Jeffries is a Multimedia Journalism Major at Morgan State University, and a United States Navy veteran with an associate degree in broadcast journalism from San Diego City College.
