The scheduled State of the Union on January 29 is in limbo. The has caused security concerns which prompted House Speaker to request a change of date.  AURN Correspondent April Ryan speaks with Julian Castro, former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and candidate for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination.
