Buttigieg Struggles to Connect with Black Voters

Pete Buttigieg is having a tough time in gaining the Black vote that still belongs to Joe Biden.  However, Mayor Pete’s poll numbers among White America in Iowa and New Hampshire, the first presidential caucus and voting states are way up.  More from White House correspondent April Ryan who spoke with Mayor Pete.
