Government Shutdown Causing National Security Crisis

President Trump is being blamed for causing a national security crisis in this nation because of this United States government shutdown. That as the president is looking to declare a national emergency at the southern border. White House Correspondent April Ryan talks with Congressman Emanuel Cleaver (D-MO) about the national security crisis.
