Who Will Win the Black Vote?

All eyes are on South Carolina as Democratic candidates are set to debate tonight in Charleston. Of the early primary states, South Carolina is the first with a majority African American electorate.

A recent NBC/Marist poll finds Joe Biden the favorite of Black voters over 35 and Bernie Sanders the favorite among under 35 voters.
