9th Circuit Upholds Block on Travel Ban

The 9th Circuit has pushed back on the President’s travel ban. This is not the first time this ban has been given some hard knocks from the courts. The White House is hopeful for favor from the United States Supreme Court. More from White House Correspondent April Ryan.
