Could November 3 be reminiscent of the 2000 election between George W. Bush and Al Gore? Election 2000 is considered the closest in US history. Bush was certified as President by Congress on December 12, 2000, nearly one month after the general election.

Former Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice is cautioning Americans from expecting we will have the results of the election on November 3.
