This White House is looking at changing program that targets groups inside the United States that could potentially incite terror. Currently the lists of those groups include White Supremacist organizations. If the Trump Administration changes the focus the name would change to focus in on Islamic extremest and White Supremacist groups would no longer be a focus of that program.
