As COVID cases in the US rise, so do complaints about the government’s response to the pandemic. Maryland Governor Larry Hogan, a Republican, penned a Washington Post op-ed criticizing President Trump for leaving states to fend for themselves during the crisis.

MSNBC contributor Brittany Packnett Cunningham spoke with April Ryan about the Trump Administration’s failure to share information with health agencies, recently disrupted by a federal mandate that hospitals bypass the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and share health data directly to Department of Health &Human Services, a division of the Executive Office.
