Before President Trump delivers his State of the Union address several Congressional leaders traveled to Texas to see for themselves what is happening on the border with Mexico.  White House Correspondent April Ryan talked with Congress member Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) about smart border security, eminent domain, avoiding another government shutdown, and the State of the Union Address.
