House Judiciary Committee Investigating Barr Contempt Charges

The House Judiciary committee is looking at finding US Attorney General William Barr in contempt of Congress. One issue is the punishment for contempt and whether it is taken to a vote for approval. AURN White House Correspondent April Ryan speaks with Congressman Bobby Scott (D-VA) about this and more.
