There is an effort to hold a discussion on the issue of reparations for the descendants of African slaves in this country.  AURN White House Correspondent April Ryan spoke with Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) and Rep. Karen Bass (D-CA) about the House hearing on H.R.40 Commission to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African-Americans Act.
