Another hurdle for the $2.2 trillion dollar stimulus package. President Trump is dragging Rep. Thomas Massey (R-KY). The Republican congressman contends he is concerned about the plan’s affect on peopleand is calling for a floor vote. His effort are causing a delay in the implementation of the stimulus plan.
