President Claims Ownership of Possible Government Shutdown

The Democrats contend a government shutdown will hurt the economy and impact the pocketbooks of the American people. Yet, the president wants a shutdown if he does not receive $5 billion dollars for a border wall. Democrats are countering with and offer of $1.3 billion for border security.
