President Trump has again stirred controversy over the national anthem. There are complaints he is creating strife by trying to further win over his base, which has supported his comments against Colin Kaepernick and others athletes who took a knee during the playing of the national anthem.  April Ryan speaks with former head of US Commission on Civil Rights Dr. Mary Frances Berry and House Assistant Minority Leader James Clyburn (D-SC).
