President Rallying Support for Border Wall

Friday is supposed to be payday and the president is still pushing for the wall that is the sticking point on reopening government. He wants $5.7 billion for a border wall which Congressional Democrats steadfastly reject.  White House Correspondent April Ryan says President Trumps speech tonight is meant to rally support for his wall.
