The White house is asking for a walk though of the well of the House as they want to move forward with the State of the Union address.  Thus far Hill leaders have not made a decision on if the White House advance team will be allowed to do it.  The initial reason for the request to postpone the annual address is because of security concerns.  April Ryan speaks with Elijah Cummings (D-MD), Chairman of the House Oversight and Reform Committee.
