US Diplomat Bill Taylor offered damning testimony in the House impeachment inquiry, saying Rudy Giuliani pressed Ukraine to intervene in US domestic politics by launching investigations into President Trump’s political rivals.

House Intelligence Chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) announced a public phase in the impeachment inquiry.
